Yes absolutely, when you login simply click the "My Account" button on the top right corner of the page and this will direct you to your orders.
We provide both the status of your order and the status of your device as you might have sent in more than one device in a single order. Our team processes devices in batches so there may be a delay where you see one device approved for payment while the other is still in its testing phase. Rest assured that all devices are processed within 24 hours as long as your device is not locked or requires further permission from you to proceed with your order.

My order isn't displaying in my account. It was received by your company on the 31st of October & I am still awaiting payment or any further communication.
I am having trouble also seeing my order I’ve tried to reach out to your company but am getting no reply ?
My online order(M-173549) is still showing pending even tho you sent me an email on Wednesday stating order received! You also state payment made in 24hrs once received!!! It’s now 46hrs & I have not received one update , correspondence or payment ?
M-191873 - Order has been pending since 24th Jan, still waiting for payment over 2 weeks later. no way of contacting to find out what's going on.
