The status of my order says Rejected (Revised offer sent) Follow
If your device was found to have faults or issues our team would have sent through an email to your registered email notifying you of the issue along with a revised payment offer.
We cannot proceed with the order without your permission so you would need to respond to this email in order to do so. If you have not received the email however, simply click the "Submit a enquiry" option in the help centre and select the "Revised Offer" form. Include your order number and if you would like to proceed or reject the offer. You can also request for further information and our staff will be in touch as soon as possible.
