Do I need to send my SIM card and / or memory card with my phone? Follow

Absolutely not! We only require the device and battery to process on our end. 

Your SIM card might contain personal information such as contacts saved to it so please ensure if you are not using the SIM card and want to dispose of it that you do so accordingly. We accept no liability in the event that any SIM card is sent with your phone and is disposed off on arrival.

Likewise your external memory card might contain your photos and videos so please do not send this in. We accept no liability in the event that the memory card is sent in and will be disposed off on arrival.

    Somebody tried to log into my bank account from your ip address after I handed my phone in, are you open today? I need to get my phone back immediately. I tried to cancel the order, but it says it has been processed already..........
     
    Currently the Ip address is in Doncaster, I only gave the phone today. You claim that it takes days to post. So how can it already be outside of your office address?
     
    Why can't I cancel my order??? this is RIDICULOUS!
     
    You didn't check if there was a sim inside???
