What are your delivery options? Follow

There are 3 methods of delivery that we accept at the time of placing your order with us.

Postage Method 1
Self - Post (Australia Post) - If you select this option, this means you have chosen to post your device to us yourself. You will need to visit a post office in order to do so. Although we offer a free shipping address where you will not be charged for postage, we highly recommend purchasing a tracking label to ensure you can keep track of your device on route to us. This will be at your own cost. Australia Post also offer insurance should you wish to purchase for added security.

Postage Method 2
Satchel - If you have selected this option, it means that you have requested a satchel to be posted out to your address. Our satchels come out to you with our return address and your details already labelled and includes a tracking number. This means you do not need to visit a post office and can simply drop your parcel into your closest Australia Post Red Post Box. You will also need to securely package your device using your own protective packaging. We highly recommend using the original box the device came in with an added layer of protection.

Postage Method 3
Drop-Off - We offer a drop-off service in Melbourne Victoria ONLY for customers who reside in Victoria and wish to drop off their device in person. Please make sure that you have placed an order on our website prior to coming in to our office as you will need to provide your order number to reception once you arrive.
