We try to be as efficient as possible when processing payments for your devices. When your device arrives at our facility it first needs to undergo a series of testing to ensure it has met the criteria to what you as the customer have submitted through our website.
Processing of the device is generally done within 1-3 days depending on the incoming volumes being received. If the device matches the criteria that you have submitted during the order the device is then sent for payment to be approved this generally will take 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation from our team that your device has been approved for payment and should receive your money within the allocated timeframes. If the device does not match the criteria and your offer needs to be changed we will reach out to you via email and sms to inform you about the issue. It is important to let us know of any issues when creating your order as this will delay the processing of your order. We cannot proceed with any change to an order value without your consent.
Please note that we do not control payment processing times between banks, once a payment is issued this could arrive in your account as early as a few hours or take 3-5 business days further depending on your bank.
