How can i tell the condition of my device? Follow
We offer pricing based on the condition of your device to ensure you are getting the best value we are able to offer you. With this approach even if your device is has faults our pricing structure ensures you are not just provided a generic price for a fault but offering you a quote based on the type of fault to ensure you get the best value.
We have 3 primary conditions we class the device in.
As New
To qualify for this condition your phone/tablet but not show any signs of use (This means no scratches, dents or scuff marks). The phone must also have no faults associated with the device. Select devices also require to be sent in with its complete box, manual and accessories to qualify for this price. This is usually only for devices within 2 years of release and Apple / Samsung watches. When placing your order online you will see a list of conditions that the device must meet to qualify for this price.
Working
This condition has variable pricing depending on the condition of your phone. Your quote for this condition starts off for a normal device with no faults that also has standard signs of use but is not physically damaged (no cracks or missing parts).
If the device also has faults however you have the option to select the fault that best describes your device. The price will change based on the fault you select. This structure ensures you do not just get 60-70% of the value of your device taken away because its missing a sim tray or has cosmetic damage, ensuring you get optimal value.
You are welcome to send the box, manual and accessories of the device but this is not a requirement for this condition and will not affect the price of the device if you have selected this condition.
Dead
We do accept phones that are dead, you will be surprised that there is still a lot of value in the device to be gained from the parts that can be recycled. Note that if the device is Activation locked or blocked, it is a security issue and we do not pay any money for these devices.
