If you have selected to be paid via Bank payment, it can take up to 24 hours for it to arrive into your bank account. If it has been more than 24 hours it is likely that the details provided to us were incorrect. Not to worry, all you need to do is simply submit and enquiry in our help centre using the payment form and our staff will get in touch to resolve the issue. Include your BSB and Account number for faster resolution.
If you have selected to be paid via PayPal, the ETA on payment is instant. In the event that you have not received this payment however, it is likely that you have provided us with the wrong PayPal email account or your PayPal account has not been verified with PayPal. Please ensure that you have verified your account with PayPal. If your account has been verified then submit and enquiry through the help centre by selecting the payment form and following the prompts. Our staff will be in touch to resolve the issue. Include the email address associated with your PayPal account for a faster resolution.
If you have selected to be paid via Cheque, this means that you will need to wait for the cheque to arrive in the post. Cheques are posted out on the same day you receive your payment confirmation email.
Delivery in Vic can take between 3-5 business days
Delivery outside of Vic can take between 5-10 business days depending on where you reside (rural areas can take up to 10 business days)
